I found this site on the internet bid.com and I was looking to buy a computer for our daughter you sign up supply credit card information and enter the bidding process I was bidding on two systems when the bidding ended I received a e-mail saying my bid had not been accepted thena while later I received two e-mails saying congradulations my bids had been accepted I did not want two systems and now I was suspious of this company I contacted customer service and was told that what happened was the winning bidders credit did not go thru so they just went to the next one which was me I told them this was not acceptable and that I did want the products they informed me that the products had already been shipped and I should refuse delivery one was sent ups I live in a apartment they came to my door I refused and after a few days my account was credited but the other one was sent Fedx when I called to find out why I had not received the credit for the second system they said it was delivered and signed for by someone I had never heard ofthere is only one person in the office of the apartment complex I had called him and instructed him to refuse delivery in case it came when I was not home he says nothing came fedx says someone signed bid,com says its not there problem can you help I spent $320.00 which I feel bid.com should not have taken from my account since I have the e=mail saying my bid was not accepted I have no system and no one seems able or capable of tracking this down any help would appriciated you can reach me at my e-mail pphill@aol.com or pjpj46@msn.com
