Thomson MacConnell Won't Fix AC....Charged for Waranty Work the business that doesn't give a dam Cincinnati Ohio

Ms. Jarvis, My Concerns are:

The Tires on my Escalade are worn! (Front).......And I want an adjustment on
them! Dealer, Thompson McConnel, says no!
There is an alinement problem that the dealer says is my problem!
They Changed rims on my trk. because their guy that washes the vehicles
damaged mine.
They were not balanced for my Vehicle, lending to premature wear of my
tires.
My trk was purchased Dec. 2000 and had 1000 miles on it.
There are currently 22,000 give or take a few miles presently on my vehicle.
The Air Conditioner doe not blow air in the Car it Blow's but no air comes
out, or it does not come out the way it should!They won't fix
it!.................What I had to pay for this car and the Quality of
Service I'm getting is very bad. There are other concerns about this
vehiclem however at the point these mentioned are my immediate concerns.
