I tried to return my set the day after I bought it becuase it was defective. Color changes. Lines go trough the screen from left to right. TV resets itself. This system has been in works of repair for almost 2 years now.

They have replaced almost every part and still it is not fixed. so either everypart RCA sends is defective or the set itself is defective. I have even taken pictures and video of what the TV does.

Suprise! I was told I would have to get this set serviced. This set has been serviced over 4 times. Same problems of RCA not willing to fix there equipment. I have had many techs out to fix the TV and still what a suprise still not fixed.

I have contacted RCA / Thompson and nothing has happened now they are trying to replace the light assembly and that has been on order for over nine months. It seems like what RCA does is if there is a problem to say sorry the parts are out of stock until warranty is OVER

I have even asked Many times for RCA to refund my money which they said they are not willing to do. This set while waiting for parts the warranty has expired. which seems like an RCA Practice and maybe even a rule. Some of the parts have been replaced two to 3 times and still not fixed.
