He harasses the tenants through text messages and emails when asked to get something done on the list that he promised he would do during a specified time period through empty threats in order to get narcissistic supply.
He knows the tenant is in good standing while doing any contract with him. Don't recommend.

Thomas Coker, Jr. does narcissistic and legal abuse by getting a false judgement put on someone for a crime one never committed through a Protection From Stalking Order. He commits fraud upon the court through his failure to state a claim, which has errors and omissions on the complaint and hearsay testimony.
In fact, he is the criminal because he stalks his victims and had a PFS on him in the past that he broke and a domestic violence charge. Stay away from this toxic person, and don't do business with him.
