TheGolfersPick.com The Golfers Pick Sold me a golf net that fell apart after 3 uses.

I bought a golf net to hit balls. After 3 uses the target fell apart. The company, The Golfers Pick, would not replace it because I had used it. Both top and bottom right corners tore off. On their website they claim that it is "durable", "sturdy".

On November 29, 2019, I asked the company to replace the target, it took weeks to get a response. Here it is:
