For $3.87, this company was to send me a DVD on how to sell items on e-bay. Not only did I never get the DVD, but soon monthly charges on my credit card started appearing for $49.95. The "free" DVD for $3.87 shipping is a come on to be able to access your credit card. Do not fall for this. It is a scam.

No, the Seller's Lounge is not a scam. It is a legitimate offer for anyone truly interested in learning how to successfully sell items on eBay and make money. If you did not receive the free CD you ordered, your address must have been entered incorrectly. Call us and we will get you taken care of, as we do with every customer who contacts us.

When you ordered the free CD, you also were given a 10-day free trial membership to The Seller's Lounge website at www.thesellerslounge.com, which provides valuable information for anyone serious about making money on eBay. If you don't wish to remain a member after experiencing the resources at the website during your free trial period, all you have to do is contact us by email or phone and cancel. Even though the details of the program are clearly specified on the offer page itself, and in the terms & conditions link at the bottom of the page, we recognize that some people misunderstand the offer, didn't read the information provided, or simply change their mind and wish to cancel and get their money back. We accommodate these requests in every case, regardless of the reasons. All you have to do is contact us.

Sincerely,

The Seller's Lounge
