I had purchased LipoBan back in January under the false pretense that you are guaranteed to loose weight or your money back. Of course I didn't lose the promised weight; so I returned the product and show that they received it back on March 17, 2003 according to the tracking numbers. I called then to check on how long it would be until I received the credit to my charge card, and was told w/in 7 to 10 business days. I then received a letter confirming that I had wanted a refund or could instead receive other diet aids in it's place. Of course I just sent back the confirmation stating that I wanted a full refund. I then called after the 10 days to check on the refund again and was then told it would show as a credit on my card w/in 2 days. Of course I just received my charge card statement and not credit. I then called them again and told them I now wanted to reimbursed the full amount including my postage from the original order and was told they by law have 30 days to reimburse an account after the product was received which she said was 3/20/03 to which I replied, "well guess what, that's more than 30 days ago" with today being 4/24/03. She said she would give my info to the manager to get my refund and I should check back with them in 1 to 2 days. This company has been trying to pull something that I'm not please about which is why I want a full refund now of the $150.75 plus what it cost me to ship the product back which was $5.50 for all the bologna I've gone thru and since I've also had to pay interest on my card for this product since they told me my refund would be received almost a month ago. Ater repeatedly wasting phone call after phone call and precious time, I finally got upset enough to where I called my credit card company to see what else I could do with this charge. They took all of my information, dispute, date I returned the product and date I showed they received it back, tracking numbers for the returned product, and they credited my account the full amount. I have not heard any rebutal's from the company as to this credit so hopefully, this is the end.
