The Company Zymax Should Change Its Name to Rip Off
I read Zymax's magazine that I received in the mail. It sounded to good to be true. I made an order with them and after looking them up on the internet I found other dissatified customers and a news report about other customers who had problems with the Zymax company. In order to avoid these same problems, I called them the very next day to try to cancel my order because I was not comfortable with all the other stories I saw. I asked to cancel my order. First, they said no problem the information we need has not gotten to this office yet call back in 2 hours. I waited 2 hours then I called back and was put on hold for almost fifteen minutes. I was told to call back the next day because it hadn't got to their warehouse. When I called the next day, I was told it was too late the order had already been shipped and charged to my account. When I asked them why I couldn't cancel since I had called twice prior to them ordering I was told they only had a 10 minute window in which to cancel an order after that it would be to late. Now I am stuck with the order whether I want it or not.
