Builder will boast product, over promise it's final outcome, and yet sadly will vastly under-deliver at the buyers expense. Side note: do not share future home improvement plans with the builder. You may soon find your ideas built into their new home design. Be aware of the unspoken HOA saga. A simple Google search could provide these answers. Do your homework and always be represented.
