Tempoe Why not lease it Charged a credit card that I NEVER gave to them!!

On my first payment due date I received an email from Tempoe stating my payment was rejected for non sufficient funds and they added a $20 return fee. I called and they tried to take the payment from a credit card that I never have them. I have NO IDEA how they got it. Definitely something shady going on.

I asked the guy on the phone to please remove this credit card from my account and to please charge the card I gave them. Almost a month later and that credit card is still linked to my account. If I get another NSF notice and fee I'm gonna flip the f@*# out! Incompetent, rude customer service staff that has no idea what they're doing! Stay away from this company at all costs!
