Telephone harrasment from Foley's Department Stores
My wife charged about $280.00 on a Foley's charge chare card back in 1998 ,we have made some $80.00 payments, some$20.00 payments some $50.00payments just whatever we could send to this bill in good faith toward paying this bill off. She(my LEGAL wife)was late once with a payment, now every time we send money to this bil we are only paying LATE CHARGES.At one point my wife called and informed these very rude people in Foley's Collections Dept.,that we were willing to pay a final bill with a reasonable amount for being late and thats all.This week alone I have taken it upon myself to see this matter resolved.I've been verbally accussed of charging over $500.00 this card,I've been accused not paying my bills,I've been screamed at by obviously emotionly unstable people.We have'nt bought anything else from Foley's Dept. Store since 1998,and never will! I need your help if possible, to STOP these collecters from trying to steal inexcess of $200.00....
