Telepacific is absouletly Ripping off the public !! I was a Field Tech Installing Customers T1's , DSL, Routers, and I can say with experience that they do not give a $%$#@% about you ! I was supplied with sub par supply's to install Adtrans and Cisco Routers, the Backboards were not NFPA approved ( fire standard ! )

All cabling does not meet 568 standards . T1 REQ to be installed on cat 5 standard , however 90 percent are installed on cat 3 bldg cabling. All tech are not Certified in anything ! Adtrans and cisco Routers are not new , recycle from old dissconnected customers.

The adtrans are kept in a non static proof Storage unit. We just wiped off the dust , removed the Stickers and installed in a new customer, probally charging for new EQPT and Professional Install !.. There is no accountability in standards other than the supervisor check with Telepacific Glasses on.

Telepacific Boast a 97 Percent Customer satisfaction Rate. Well here a challenge Mr Jalkut , Have a Outside company Audit your Tech workmanship, and report results to the public.. You might Think I'm a disgrunted ex employee, but I will tell you this , I worked with this company for 3 yrs trying to change procedures, and I can say my installs were done professional Because I had to Purchase supplies myself.

I got fed up . As A tech we were dissconnecting equipment 2 times more than installing, I hope this will raise a RED Flag from anyone thinking about Buying Tpac Contract. I will try to answer any question if ask.
