Techgineer Auto Sent 2 Bad Engines and won’t issue refund Idaho Falls Idaho
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They too k $4800 from me for an engine they didn't have, I ordered a 2018 Ford Explorer, 3.5l with turbos and no oil cooler with 65k miles. I received an engine, that has 155k miles, and no turbos. Called the Fenix Auto warehouse that they shipped it from, which have now stopped doing business with them due to their poor practices....Techgineer ordered this engine from them and paid them somewhere in the $2000 range. totally scamming me. well, I called, complained and had them pick that engine up and they sent me another engine that we agreed upon with 85k miles and turbos. 2 things happened, upon arrival the courier dropped the engine 3 times, an but we still accepted it. upon inspection, the engine was in bad shape, several broken parts and NO TURBOS again. At this point I'm done with them. and have been requesting a refund for the last 10 weeks, they tell me they are having problems with their bank but it should be refunded in 4-5 days. At the time of this revise review, it still Ja has not been traine refunded and we're about to send a demand late letter, and if that doesn't work, we're going to snap claims court! the Techgineer Auto is basically just a call center that will take your money then find the cheapest engine they can find and send it to you hoping you're stupid and won't call them out on it! Buyers Beware!
