She uses the name @LesleyC666 but has many aliases.

She is charging people for her services fighting scammers but actually she is the same person behind the fake scamming, harassing accounts.
Don’t pay Lesley or whatever her real name is a single quid. If you have a real problem with romance scammers you can find legit organizations that might help you fight these scammers.
This woman will just take your money and do nothing for you.
