Jdun from Team Bull Trading in his own words "I'm here to teach you how to trade, not take your money."; however, he has never been willing to help me, he doesnt respond to messages. I signed up for an annual service with team bull trading feb of 2023, and 2 weeks ago i logged into my account on www.teambulltrading.com to cancel the auto renew as i havent used the service since mid 2023 because it is so horrible, he is only able to share the screen with 50 and soon as that fill ups, no other members are able to see the screenshare. i messaged him a couple times about this with no response. When i tried to cancel my subscription following the instructions from the terms and conditions, it sends you to a URL that says We couldn't find that page. I also looked up my account it said no open order and no saved payments. so because i was not able to cancel it following the website instructions, i thought my account was deactivated because i have not used the service since may or june of 2023. On Feb 23 at 11pm at night i received a message from AMEX saying there was a pending charge for $1400 from teambulltrading, i immediately emailed teambull at milehightrading303@gmail.com, they replied back with saying i needed to cancel it on whop, i never heard of whop, i thought it was a scam or something. I was never notified that teambulltrading shared my payment info with whop. I believe i am entitled a to full refund because teambulltrading didn't provide accurate instructions for canceling the auto renew and they falsely displayed no open orders and no saved payments on my account on www.teambulltrading.com, they also negligently failed to notify me of sharing my info with whop.
