Be careful with this company. I transferred my service nearly 3 years ago to another address only to find that they double billed me for over $2,942 and refuses to issue me a refund. I had my bill setup for auto payment. Shame on me for not catching this for almost 3 years. However a company should do the right thing and reimburse me for their double billing error. SHADY COMPANY PRACTICES. BEWARE

 Its all their fault, right? It's YOUR money coming out of whatever account was used for this and for THREE YEARS, you don't have the slightest bit of COMMON SENSE to find out what is happening with YOUR MONEY??? If this was a checking account, what you're saying is you don't even keep any written records of this account, you don't balance your account and you NEVER reconcile your records with the bank's records!!! Now you come here and blame them because YOU don't have any COMMEN SENSE to properly manage your accounts!!! It's the sorry actions of another sorry individual who blames everyone else for something YOU could have and YOU should have prevented. Same old story....it's ALWAYS someone else's fault. This is absolutely the most hilarious thing I've heard all day! Don't bother responding with something equally stupid like "you must work for them" because I don't! Thanks for the laughs.
