Complaint Review: T3CH WORX

This was a couple of years ago, I had a service call from t3ch worx in winder it was a bad experience. My office computer crashed, just no boot condition. Their techie came out, this person had to use google non stop on how to get my computer back online. To pay for 3 hours I could have google'd all my self.  A couple of days went by I decided to call another in town repair shop explained to them what occured, they offerd to come out and double check found a couple of items that needed to be resolved to make sure this crash would not occur again they only billed me actual work time.
