TCA Fulfillment Services f**ing rebate ripoff, runaround, scam artist, crooks, thieves New Rochelle New York
I purchased a VisionTek 9600 256MB AGP video card from Micro Center, 3089 Nutley Street, Fairfax, VA 22031, telephone 703-204-8400, for $139.99 on November 14, 2004. Product came with a $40.00 mail-in rebate offer, terms as follows:
1. Offer good on purchases at MICRO CENTER between 11/1/04 and 12/5/04. Must be postmarked 15 days from purchase date on receipt.
2. fill out this form completely. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
3. Enclose copy of receipt and original UPC label cut from package and mailing information. UPC#784090023094

On Noverber 15, 2004, I mailed all of the required rebate information as instructed. On November 30, 2004, I received an e-mail from customerservice@wheresmyrebate.com notifying me that my rebate has been approved and that my award would be mailed to me in approximately 8 weeks (which would be 1/25/05).
On December 22, 2004, I checked the status of my rebate at www.wheresmyrebate.com (rebate ID 16195564) and status was: Rebate Submission is Approved. On 1/27/05, I had not received my $40.00 rebate check so I called 1-800-390-2344 and actually reached a live customer service person who told me that my $40.00 rebate check would be mailed on January 31, 2005.
Well, January 31, 2005 came and went and still no rebate check received, so on Tuesday, 2/15/05, at 10:30 am Eastern time, I again called 1-800-390-2344 and was put on hold with repeated message that my call is importand and would be answered in the order received. After 24 minutes of being on hold, they disconnected me! So using my cell phone, I called their 1-914-633-0663 number and phone rang repeatedly without being answered and then phone stopped ringing altogether!
It is obvious that TCA Fulfillment Services is a fu**ing scam artist outfit, as well as a bunch of fu**ing crooks and thieves.
