From the moment the Shipt person starts shopping, Target and the Shopper are listening in to your home, for at least two hours. DO NOT USE the Shipt app; use Shipt.com instead.
When the stupid Shipt Shopper arrives at your house, they purposely make numerous "Hints" about what they just heard inside your home. Isn't that stupid?

Please take off that tinfoil hat and seek professional help. They are not using the app to spy on you through your phone.
