I do what they say when I had the time to do it, but received this this email from them:

I apologize that you have not received your currency award for the Credit Sesame Free Credit Score offer. However, because Tapjoy only acts as an intermediary in these cases, I will need to verify with the Advertiser who owns this offer that your account is eligible for credit. In order to do this, I will need you to provide us with your Credit Sesame Credit Badge URL. I have included the steps to provide this below:

1) Please go to creditsesame.com and log-in to you account.

2) Please choose my account in the upper right corner and click Badges from the drop-down or tab.

3) Then be sure sharing is enabled.

4) Click on Share Badge, which will provide you with the URL.

5) Please copy & paste this URL into your response back to Tapjoy, and I will then verify eligibility and credit your device.

Unfortunately, the details which you provided is insufficient for the offer. In order to help credit your account, I would require the Credit Sesame Credit Badge URL. As Tapjoy works with its advertiser partners to bring these offers to you, we too must follow the guidelines which are set forth by the advertiser for each offer. Hi Andria,

Sorry you are having issues getting your credits. However your transaction does not show completed on Tapjoy servers. The policy is then for  Tapjoy to collect the relevant infromation asked by the Advertiser of the offer and escalate to them for verification and resolution.

Sp please provide the information so  Tapjoy can get you a resolution. You can send that to me at skhan@tapjoy.com or respond in ticket.
