I went to this office for a sinus infection. I received a prescription for antibiotics, the entire appointment lasted about 10 minutes. 3 months later I received a claim from my insurance company stating that I was billed roughly $6,000+ for "Surgery".
I never received, scheduled, or even spoke with the PA I saw about surgery. They filed completely fraudulent charges to my insurance.
