After being a loyal customer for several years (originally I purchased cellular service from Omnipoint), ever since T-mobile took over service has been degraded to the point of becoming unusable. I tried to call customer service for over a month, changed cell phones, SIM cards, but I finally got tired so I cancelled service.

Not only they claim that I cancelled one month AFTER I actually cancelled service, but they never ever returned anything they promised ( yes, I had to pay for the phones that never worked, SIM cards that were never activated and so on). Now I just received a phone from a collector telling me I owe them the last bill which I paid in FULL!
