11/28/04 ordered light relief cost $104.80 free shipping. 12/01-05/04 called to cancel. Service reps. say no history of order. 12/23/04 billed to debit card $112.92 for light relief. 12/23/04 call cus. serv. Celeste says order is locked can't cancel. demand money back state will refuse product. 12/26 call Roxanne says will return funds. nothing happens. 01/03/05, call Rose, same thing promised monies returned no money. 01/07/05 Call Jake, he apologizes for me being lied to. Says will immediately return funds. 01/09/05 call Ricky. He says wait until 01/14 and all funds will be credited to my acct.

1/18/05 Call for a supervisor Dax @ 1 800 790 6209 ext. 210 and 323 938 9200 ext.210. He says he will immediately credit my acct. Tells me to wait until 01/25/05 for money I wait til 01/26 and you guessed it --NO money. 01/26/ call Mary supervisor) @ 1800 259 1679 tells me this # is only for all prods. except mine. Says she will e-mail a supervisor who oversees Dax, and have that supervisor call me back in 10 minutes. That was @ 1020 AM it is now 9:09 pm and no call. It has been 2 months and I don't have their product nor do I have my refund.
