To whom it may concern:

I purchased a Mighty Pro Grill from you several months ago. After many weeks, a package came in the mail. It was a square box that looked like it had been through the wringer. All that was in it was the turner, which must have gotten lodged in the folds of the mutilated box. There was no grill, no warranty, no recipe booklet.

I tried calling customer service for days. Finally someone answered. I explained the situation and they said a new one would be sent within 3 business days. It has been about three weeks.

I see that you have taken the money from my checking account, but I do not as yet have the complete product. Please rectify this situation as soon as possible.
