I was finally (after 3 emails and numerous calls) contacted by Sylmak with this email. I emailed the address confirmed my AbSlide was indeed shipped and will post again when I receive it.....Follow this new customer service link and see where yours is or handle your problem! Check it out. Maybe they are overcoming their many problems like Mark said....Keep the Faith! My next post will be in soon!
