I ordered a set of cookware from Sweepstakes Clearinghouse. They tried to deliver it three times week of April 20, 2015. I was out of town all week and after the third attempt UPS returned the package to the Clearinghouse. In all attempts to reach a customer service department, I have been blocked. Their taped message says they are open from 7 a.m . to 7 p.m. Central time, but I've tried them at all hours of the day and can't reach anyone live. In order to navigate their system you need an account number, which I don't have. This is the only order I've ever placed with Sweepstakes Clearinghouse and it will certainly be the last. I've tried using their customer service email address, but all it does is send an auto reply telling you to call them. They have cashed my check, I have no merchandise, and there is NO ONE I can talk to.
