Feb 7, 2024 it was agreed a water treatment service to take place at my home.  

The agreement was 6-12 months length of time to treat the water system for copper, iron and alkalinity.

Less than 60 days later I attempted to telephone them several times to report copper stain findings in the tub.

They did not respond until they were emailed. 

April 23, 2024 a serviceman named Johnny came to the house and said the iron tested high as well and alkalinity less than 7.0 (which is the appropriate level for a successful service).   My complaint was not addressed. The manager, J.D. rudely yelled at me saying it was the "well that must have changed"  

Unacceptable outcome.  They did not retreat the water and did not keep agreement for my water service.

$482 down the drain.
