Complaint Review: Super 8 by Wyndham in McHenry Illinois

My name is Darlene and I am a business publisher. Take it from me. This is a fraud hotel. Do not book even at booking.com to this hotel. They take your money even if no one was at the desk. Smells cigarettes all over the indoor. He called me at 11:00pm . And I informed him that a woman answered the phone as I booked it. I was there few minutes after booking. I've been yelling " hello hello ! Canceled the booking right away as no one was there at all.

No cars in the parking lot even 1 customer. He called me at 11pm while my entire family is asleep and told me that they were short of staff, no one was there to help me when I came in. Asked me if what time did I arrived and I told him that. Then he charged my account . i called him and he hung up on me twice. I reported him to my bank. He kept hanging up the phone to me. do not go here! You will regret it. I want my money back and I don't want anyone get fooled by this place. It's very bad.
