If you want to visit the beautiful wineries in Temecula, you will also find brochures for Balloon rides. They have you go online and charge your card and they say they will send you a certificate for a balloon ride by e-mail. That was 8 months ago. I was in college at the time bought it as a gift for a relative who lives in Murrieta. Thay NEVER sent an e-mail and on calling them (they had my phone number if e-mail was a true problem and NOT an excuse she could have called me but NEVER did, until after I called her complaining about the time frame that had elapsed and NO SVC RENDERED) Megan stated I gave her the wrong e-mail? yEAH rIGHT!!! I requested a refund period. She then said she could not find the charge it was another Balloon company etc. I called VISA and they charged my card for $100 shazaam. Right company Sunrise Balloons!!!! No certificate was ever sent by e-mail, No REFUND ever came. Dan (owner?) states they have been in business 35 yrs no problems. Go to Better Business Bureau different story there. When I said I will file with the BBB he said he would call them to see if he could UNDUE the damage. Not concerned about rectifying the situation or giving me my refund after 8 months. After a dozen phone calls their phone just goes to Voice Mail. Other business and AKAName: Megan
