Don't do business with this company!!! At their site, they pledge that customer service is of great importance to them, but once they get your money, if you have any problems with their products, they fail to deliver on every level.

All over their website, they guarantee your money back, no questions asked, if you are not satisfied with any product, for any reason, but if you actually try to take them up on it, they either ignore your requests, hoping that you go away, or get nasty.

There are plenty of other companies that really do give fine service, so give your business to them, it is the only way to fight back as a consumer. I wouldn't spend another dime with them, and, neither should you!
