Ken Adams my former slot host, and the NJ Management Team?.. that ultimately locked my account indefinitely. Kerry Langan, NJ Division Of Gaming Enforcement (no Help or assistance from her or the DGE whatsoever) Sugarhouse online casino, unjustly banned me from their chat room, a few days later after filing a complaint, I was then banned from the casino! It's basically about the UNFAIR treatment they imposed on me for what really amounts to spending and losing my money. $14000, in less than a year NOT to include the $10,000 plus I gave all back and numerous hours I spent playing to boot. This is more about the lack of gratitude NOT about the loss of my money to date but more about how I was singled out for speaking my mind about the games, as did many other players who also complained about, eg..,

1.Ongoing losses and lack of a FAIR return to player no matter how much you spent at this relatively small online casino in a given day!

2. Technical issues with the games and repeated game malfuctions and disconnects from "their"game server, which happened to me during a bonus round win then the game froze and locked and they didn't pay me my winnings of only $153.74 until "the game's provider" investigated the glitch, which made no sense, as they as well as the players have access to the game history and specific round ID in question, and could easily REPLAY the game outcome and what it paid and when it froze. This was all at their disposal yet, I was forced to wait over a week to get paid!! If this ad been the other way around, for example; "IF" I didn't honor an E-check deposit , they would have raised hell and came after me! The fact is thsi had nothing to do with NOT a single or the multitude of substantial deposits I made in less then a year I patronized the site and lost $14000, only to be initially banned from their chat room where you converse with other players. Then when they saw I spoke my mind but in a respectful way , no harsh language or threats of any kind, as the chat transcripts will confirm. I was simply banned for stating that the games do NOT pay nor return much to the player and that "other" online casinos were much better and offered far more than they did! They didn't like that and to them saw me as a threat to losing potential or exisiting players. I disputed the chat ban, and also made other players aware of my game malfunction and the fact they wouldn't pay me until the provider lokked into the game round, wen they could have easily done so? So, in their eyes, I was sort of looked at as a whistleblower, which is a bit absurd. I emailed the CEO of sugarhouse casino Jack Horner and Rick Schwartz, who didn't even have the courtesy to reply to my email or even phone call and the secretary was very rude to me, essentailly put me off and hung up on me!

3.Lastly, the NJ DGE who is suppose to be in place for both COMPLIANCE, REGULATION, among other things, including the handling of player complaints BUT they absolutely did nothing for me or listened to my side of this rediculous and UNFAIR treatment and my $14000 in losses got me nothing but penalized by the rude staff and my host!, Ken Adams, was instrumental along with their NJ management team , in just banning me from the site all together saying I was NOT happy there, as well as, alleging many other things and reasons they felt it was better that they restricted me from playing there after taking $14000 of my money, which I could never win back , even if I wanted to and could? This action by a very small less well known NJ "online" casino , took excessive action against me and it seems they don't have to answer to anyone and could just take my money and run! Banning me from Chat, is one thing and even that I didn't deserve, as they wanted to silence anyone that simply even uttered derogatory things about the games or casino itself! They should have their license revoked from them , in my opinion, because if it wasn't for loyal VIP players like me patronizing them on a frequent basis, they would all be out of the cake job that they all. have! I want the Ceo/President of RushStreet Interactive, to know he can't abuse or intimidate players who are literally feeding them and that's what I felt they have done to me, plain and simple. I should have some recourse but the DGE failed to help me and step u to the plate and say you can't just ban this player from the site for staing hw he feels about your games and lack of winning, whch is rare, if at all. This to me is LEGALIZED extortion and CHEATING, let alone FRAUD, and now that online gaming is legal in NJ, the players should have a say and rights too. As far as I am concerened, I strongly feel there is collusion between the DGE and both online and even land-based casinos. They do NOT assist the legit player in any shape or form and ONLY side with the casino, in this case an online casino, where you have NO physical contact with ANYONE! It's insane.

 After proof reading my submitted report I found several typos and errors about SugarHouse online casino having the audacity to ban me from their ONLINE casino for ultimately, no valid reason at all! However, the report is still self-explanatory about the incident. The only thing that is incorrectly stated in the report is that the PHYSICAL casino is located in Philadelphia PA, nonetheless, my complaint is only against and with the online casino, however, the landbased casino was implicated since they run the online casino that is ONLY licensed and regulated by the NJ DGE to take bets/wagers from players located in New Jersey, So, the executives, CEO, and online "so called” operators, are located at SUGARHOUSE land-based casino corporate offices at the PA address listed in this report, as well as, the main phone number. Just needed to clarify this. Oddly enough, It’s also the NJ management team of this online casino, that ultimately emailed me telling me my account was permanently locked indefinitely and I would no longer be able to play there? This action is insane, as I did nothing that warranted such an excessive action but speak the truth about their games horrible RTP and the inability to win there, as well as, other technical issues, getting banned from their chat room, and game malfunction I had stated in the report.
