I wish I had seen the previous reports about this company and the owner Todd Southwick. His communication is by and large the worst and much like everyone else, he simply couldn't hold to his word on anything. Every promise and recommendation he gave was broken, then he charged our card without permission before completing the project. We spent months after the contractual launch date trying to get the project completed but after multiple failure's we had to pull the plug. We never did get a refund and have nothing to show for our expensive brick of a website.
