1StopBedrooms.com Sent wrong color tables, but covered it up on the box New York NY

Nothing but trouble with this company. Wife ordered 2 end tables that were "espresso" in color...almost black. What we received a couple weeks after the original delivery date was "majestic oak" color. The box said "espresso," but it was a label that covered over the actual "majestic oak" color name. We peeled it back since it was odd to see the color name on a label.

After several wasted e-mails and calls, they finally called my wife and said they'd send labels to ship the wrong tables out and send the new ones. He dared to ask us to remove our complaint from the BBB website, even before we had the new tables!! Well, the old tables were picked up, but then we got an email saying the new tables were still being sorted out with a 3rd party...a generic, copy/paste response I'd gotten several times from them already.

When I finally got hold of Dawn in customer service, she was very helpful and said they had shipped them and were arriving that week. No e-mail had been sent to us, but she was able to give us tracking numbers. Tables arrived, but were STILL the wrong color! The box said "espresso," not on a label, but it was a regular brown and not the almost-black color they had on the internet. We went back to their website and saw that they had changed the pictures to the now brown look we were sent.





Fortunately, I had taken screenshots of the tables on their site before they changed it. We are trying to get these brown tables sent back and get a refund. Not hopeful after all the bad reviews I'm seeing online. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
