I ordered a cordless pre-lit red and white holiday trim that is large enough to frame a front door. I received a small green piece of trim that comes apart easily, and has no lights. It is less than a metre long and can't be used to decorate anything. The company has only offered a partial refund and insists I was given the correct product, although photographs of the two clearly show otherwise.
