Steve Harvey Shop powered by Stackcommerce Sold a product that doesn't work and took forever to get back to me about a return, then the return info was inaccurate

Purchased a smartwatch on March 13, 2020, delivered March 28, 2020.  The watch will not connect to my phone, keeps disconnecting from Bluetooth.  Tried resetting it twice, didn't help.  Contacted the company on April 5, 2020, in hopes to return, they sent troubleshooting tips that didn't help 3 days later.  I responded saying they didn't help.

  The company didn't contact me again until April 20, with instructions on how to return that didn't work.  Said to click in an area that doesn't even exist.  Even if I could figure out how to send back, upon reading more they are taking the amount to ship back out the return.  I just feel completed done wrong by this company and no I didn't spend a lot of money but it's just the principle.  I was not treated right as a buyer.
