In June of 2019 Steve Ciano signed a contract with me and asked me for a $5,000 deposit to purchase and install a new furnace and HVAC (cooling system) in my home. He never showed up with the furnace, and stopped answering my calls and texts. He stole my deposit and neglected to install the furnace or the central air conditioning. I never got one penny of my 5K deposit back.
