Complaint Review: Stephan Condodemetraky

On Jan 30 S. Condodemetraky sent a tow truck driver to my house around 9 9:30 pm he pulled up right behind my 17 year old daughter and terrified her she come running in the house and told me what was going on I went outside and put the car in the back yard and told him he could leave I was not giving the car up I needed it to get to the hospital I have 2 daughters that wanted to go with me to see their father who was going in for a triple bypass on feb 1 he called the cops on me which I found out in the state of mass was not legal if the owner does not give up keys the tow truck driver is required to leave. Instead the ludlow police gave me hard time also and they were not to be involved also Condodemetraky called while this was going on and told me the driver was not leaving without the car and would be outside all night and the driver was out front of my house all night my daughters had to find rides to and from school I could not get to the hospital and all of sudden my daughets yelling that someones pushing my car out front it turned out to be Condodemetraky somehow got into my locked car pushed it out front and up onto to the flat bed. I found out from a repo driver in mass everything was done illegal because he had done thing like been sued lost and the owner got the car back with loan paid off and compensation I just want my car back. I took a title loan out the car in NH which is worse then a loan shark. Title loans are not legal in my state now I know why.
