When movers arrived, they did not have any boxes w/them. One of two movers fell down and we paid for two movers when there was only 1 and 1/2 movers.

First day movers did not do closets. Anything in a closet, they did not load. They damaged nearly every piece of teak furniture that we own.

Second day, two other SS movers arrived and they did not do glass so they left all the glass. There was damage to our new refrigerator and damage to our back up refrigerator.

They pulled handles off of oriental bedroom furniture and badly gauged one side.

They left boxes piled in front of closet doors so that we could not open any closet doors to start unpacking.

If this company "drug tests," they certainly missed these two guys. Then they padded the bill and added a "tip" for the movers which we did not realize.

When they arrived at our new ranch, they pulled a wheeley around the house and nearly rolled their truck in our front yard, with all our belongings inside.
