Missing item


After receiving a recent shippment from Starcrest of California the shippment did not have an item that I had ordered (grill cover-50"). 


 It did include an item I did not order, (Anti Aging Hair Care known as Thick Hair).  The bottle of Thick Hair leaked all over the contents of the items shipped. 


 It did cause damage to most of the greeting cards that were in the shippment.  That was the only damage to the items shipped.

I was really surprised to see Rip-Off complaints against Starcrest of California.  I have been buying from them for over 15 years and have only had one small problem with an order which was quickly remedied without a problem.  I buy from them all the time.  I find their merchandise to be useful in my household and their prices can't be beat.  I will, however, take into consideration what I have read here, because I value this website.
