This product causes child endangerment and when confronted about it, this company refuses to take accountability or provide a refund option. Beware! DO NOT BUY from this company! This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered in my life. I asked 4 times for a RMA and return shipping label because they require an RMA number to accept a return. They flat out refuse to give me a RMA number so I can send them their product back.
Their products look like fun in pictures, but in real life, kids can’t slow down, the hard plastic ridges are painful and kids hurt themselves at the bottom of the stairs. Kids hate this product and refuse to play with it. They are scared of it. And for good reason, it’s life threatening. A kid is bound to break their neck. The product is faulty. The customer service is even worse. There’s no excuse for not giving your customers an RMA when they request one. This is illegal and a rip off.
