sprint Art in West Nyack,New York store mistreating a 20 year loyal customer with 3 lines! West Nyack New York

I went in to the store back in Dec. to see about what I can do to make my wifes phone work. It just stopped working. They salesman said I could get it upgraded for free. I told him that actually I don't want to because I am probably going to T Mobile because after being a loyal Sprint customer since they were Nextel I felt that TMobile was a better deal and no one at Sprint wanted to try to do better for me. He said to give him a minute he would see about that. So he talked with "Art" the store manager and the next thing you know they teel me I could get up to 5 lines for $100 and replace my wifes phone for$6 per month.but I could get 2 more phones for free if I wanted. So I said wow! sounds great. why couldnt they do that over the phone? he didnt know why but it was a plan he could get me into that usually they just offer to new customers. I said well that's dumb because they almost lost a ppaying 20 year customer to T Mobille. So I ened up getting a phone for my employee and a phone for my business number.

Now I have 5 phones and when I email Sprint to submit my id for verification they say ok, as soon as your promo ends we can give you a corporate discount of $5for 3 lines. So I am perplexed...wht promo??? they telll my the 5 lines for $100 ends at the end of January!!!    to which I go back to the store..now it is 3 weeks later. the salesman that helped me the first time can;t understand why that is happening but he will have the store manager , Art, look into it and call me on Thurs. Jan 18th. well I give him time and wait until Jan 22nd and call to speak with Art and he tells me he will look into it he was just reading the email he was left from the store salesman.  He will call me "tommorrow"  that was 5 days ago ..I have not received a call about it. The bad part aside from the fact that he doesnt call me is that the 5th phone I got for my business line I wanted to return because If I switch I don't need it and it has not been used for a text or a call...can't be returned because it has been over 14 days!!
