Sportsman steel safes They ripped me off by producing a low quality product Long Beach California
I ordered a custom built gun safe in September 2019 they completed in January of 2020 and shipped it i had nothing but problems with it from day 11 i called multiple times about issues with it and got the run around i removed the inside cover of the door and discovered that they poorly built the safe and falsely advised putting a 1 inch hard plate on the inside of the door.
they very poorly put 2 pieces of half inch together and very badly welded it in a lot of the welds are cracked and broken or are not quality welds. i requested that my money be returned and to be reimbursed the money i had to pay out to get it delivered.
they are giving me the run around they didn't produce a quality product like they claim they produce. They owe me 2100 dollars for money paid into it and delivery fees.
