Incomplete sales, failure to disclose
I bought parts and plans from these people almost 2 years ago and still have yet to recieve all the plans and drawings for the plane.
They also DON'T certify their TIG welders. These aircraft frames have been traditionally gas welded in the past, there is no AWS certification for gas welding....there is one for TIG welding. They loudly proclaim the FAA doesn't make them certifiy their welders.....reputable manufactureres of safety sensitive products like aircraft DO certify their welders for liablility reasons.
They then make the ridiculous claim they cant give you all the drawings for the plane because the frame is beyond the scop of the home builder....this is nonsense, it's an experimental airplane kit, the whole thing is supposed to be within the scope of the home builder.
All I asked was for them to take their parts back without penalty and they refused.
