spitzer chevrolet ripped off on two new cars north canton, Ohio
i went to spitzer chevy and bought a new chevy camaro, two days later the mass air flow senser went out.no big deal it happens.then the car has 600 miles on it and the transmisson or rear end starts clunking very bad.i take it in and the service dept says yes it is bad,so they keep the car and call 2 hours later and say they can find the problem and i should just turn the radio up so i cant hear it and refused to fix it till the car broke down
seeing how my 3 young kids ride in this car i took it upon myself to call g.m. myself and after talking to about 3 different people spitzer called me and decided to fix it.but they tell me they need to order sensers to find out where the clunking is coming from and i never heard from them for a week and a half,so fearing for my kids safety and not hearing from g.m. or spitzer,i traded the car in with only 1400 miles on it.
and i did this because the two new car i bought were both in bad shape, yes two i bought a 2012 chevy cruze then two weeks later bought the camaro.but the cruze started popping in the front end and the brakes were ratteling my girl friend took it to spitzer and they said that g.m. had 3 cars that the struts were bad and had no parts to fix and again told her to turn up the radio.so i traded that car in to,lost about8000$total but now my kids are safe.they sell cars but they dont want to back them up.i will never buy from spitzer chevy again,or g.m.

So, you're telling us that your answer to problems with the service department is to buy another car? From the same place that gave you problems in the first place? Repeatedly?
This post stretches the limits of credibility.

Can't even begin to list the options you had other than losing $8,000. People like you are the reason car dealers think they can get away with this stuff.
