I pre-ordered funko pop mary sanderson hocus pocus, exclusive to spirit halloween from the spirit halloween website 07-16-2018 . I recieved the order 8/28/2018.  My shipping manifest, my receipt and my order all show Hocus Pocus Mary was purchased. What i received was funko pop sarah sanderson. 

The mary pop is now sold out. I paid 20.60 for the pop, on pre-order, as i knew the exclusive would sell out fast. It is sold out now. The company can not correct the order, as it is now sold out. 

The sarah i received is worth less money. The mary pop is already selling on the after market collectible sites for over 100 dollars, par for the course for these collectibles. I am furious. I called spirit halloween immediatly upon receipt. they offered no return, no refund, no compensation nothing. I held for 8 mins, spoke to someone named Hamill. He could do nothing for me , other than charge me to send it back. I asked to speak to a manager. 47 mins later, i spoke to Maragret .  Also would do NOTHING. Did not apologize for wrong product being sent. offered to CHARGE ME to send it back, then give me refund.

This is a bait and switch. I did not get what i paid for, i did not get what was advertised and all i did get was rude customer service and zero satisfaction.  I reported to the FTC . I am disgusted.
