Before I retired I made three appointments for installation. The first was a no-show. The second said he needed a tech to check underground wiring and wasn't qualified to proceed . I asked why that was not taken into consideration when first making my appointment? The third appointment also was not qualified to install the wiring. These 3 days were 3 wasted vacation days from work before I retired.

Today was my fourth appointment and I repeated myself several times when making the appointment that I needed a tech to wire underground since I've never had Time Warner or Spectrum previously. Wouldn't you know it? Another day shot because the person sent today is not qualified to install the underground cable. One would think it's commonsense to ask questions to avoid this problem when writing up the order. I'm going on 72 years of age and had to move furniture so heavy that two people can hardly move it. I purchased sliders and the weight of all of the furniture I had to move to prepare, as per Spectrum's instructions, broke. Now they are gone and I'm left with a possibly hernia when replacing all moved furniture. I give up with Spectrum and have heard many similar stories.
