I received this chandelier and it's not the one I order.
I have no invoice or instruction in assembling.
This chandelier was pre assemble before I received it.
I have 2 broken pendants and I sent you 2 emails in regards to this
order and no replied.
THIS CHANDELIER IS NOT THE NE I ORDER FROM YOUR WEBSITE.
Here are your option.
1. Send new one as per my order
2. I will send back to you and you assemble it.
3. Return item for a refund. Will contact my credit card

As your website policy stated:
WE GUARANTEE OUR ITEMS WILL ARRIVE TO YOU IN GOOD WORKING ORDER. IF AN ITEM ARRIVES TO YOU DAMAGED WE WILL REPLACE THAT ITEM AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. DUE TO THE FACT THAT OUR ITEMS ARE FRAGILE AND COSTLY TO SHIP BACK AND FORTH,
WE DO NOT OFFER A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

I call and you never return broken items and you hung up the phone.
