Spectrum is the worst cable company I have yet to NOT enjoy! I lose the picture, the sound goes off, or the picture is frozen. Time Warner Cable was the best I ever had, never had problems with them until Spectrum swapped over! I have Spectrum and have had no problems. Switched from Directv which constantly went out and the bills went UP!!!! After 15 years dumped them for Spectrum with no problems so I say good luck
