Complaint Review: Southern Elite Construction

Run away as fast as you can from Southern Elite, especially Shawn Mikell. He was supposed to do several jobs for a friend. Everything should have taken maybe two weeks. He charged an outrageous deposit. He wouldn't show up when promised and was very hard to reach. He didn't finish anything. Then he returned a lot of materials to Home Depot and kept the huge cash refund all to himself! He claimed he bought more materials. Do NOT do business with this thief or his company!
