Complaint Review: Southern Cremations and Funerals

Southern Cremations and Funerals Please avoid using when honoring your loved ones who have passed. Unfortunately, we selected them to handle the memorial service for my mother who recently passed away. I’ve been advised today that they had a Comcast outage on the date of her service (3 days ago) and the service was not recorded. We were never advised prior to or during the service so that we could have the opportunity to record the service ourselves. When I expressed my devastation and heartbrokenness to the funeral home, they barely issued an apology, and certainly did not take accountability for their mishap. My mother’s service is gone and we have nothing to remember it by. I am heartbroken. Please take your loved one’s elsewhere. Do not make the same mistake we made. Fairburn GA

We'd like some sort of monetary compensation for the business's mishap.
